Bride on the steps of the Swan House at the Atlanta History Center

Katie’s Bridal Session at the Swan House at the Atlanta History Center in Atlanta, GA was the perfect way to end 2020. We met on what was one of the nicest December days I’ve ever experienced – with temperatures in the high sixties, it was incredibly warm & pleasant, even for a city that has […]

I love how fun & silly Michelle & Jackson are together and how they make each other smile & laugh! And, I don’t know how many times I leaned over to Kristina & whispered, “I just love Michelle & Jackson! Aren’t they the sweetest?” That’s a killer combination if you ask me – a relationship full of loving care with a sense of humor that doesn’t take life too seriously! Another thing I loved about this wedding was that besides being beautiful and classy, the wedding had unique twists that added their personalities into the day! From the Lego Bride & Groom cake topper to Jackson and Michelle’s passionate moves on the dance floor, I was loving every minute of it!

I also loved Michelle & Jackson’s entire families! They were so much fun! I knew when the non-traditional moves came out during the parent dances (which got the whole room smiling & laughing) it was going to be a great night!! Then, Morgan (Jackson’s sister) surprised us all with an amazing song/rap during her toast which, of course, got the whole room giggling and cheering! All around, it was such an amazing day made great by truly fantastic people!

Michelle & Jackson, the way you love is an inspiration to us all. I know I speak for the rest of the vendor team when I say we just loved you guys & treasured being a part of your day! I love the fact that you guys really let go & just enjoyed the moments, letting your joy spill over to those around you (and onto film, which is simply priceless). Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your beginning. I hope & pray that when the going gets tough (as all marriages have their own unique challenges) that these photos will remind you of the love that started it all! Much love & appreciation- Carrie Joy

Foxhall Resort in one of my favorite venues! Doesn’t this drive remind you of something out of a movie?

Michelle’s veil was actually also her Mom’s wedding veil! Isn’t that amazing?! I just love the beautiful texture (and history) it added to Michelle’s pretty details!

One of my absolute favorite photos – the light in the bride’s room at the Stables is just divine (and that meant I could capture this sweet moment on film!)

The Father-Daughter First Look is one of my favorite moments of an entire wedding day!

Love this sweet shot of Michelle on film! 🙂 Hair & Makeup by the lovely Andrea at Level Spa Salon And, I love this shot of Jackson looking dapper before the ceremony (below)

A great group of bridesmaids can really make the whole wedding day amazing & I just adored these girls! Don’t you just love their powder blue dresses?!

Love the pretty ribbons & greenery (not to mention those rose petals!) that lined the aisle of the ceremony space!

I just adore Jackson’s sweet expression when seeing Michelle for the first time as his Bride!

Loved this sweet exchange just seconds after the ceremony!

This sweet photo (on film of course!) is one of my favorites 🙂

Love the movement of this shot and the amazing texture of Michelle’s dress & veil!

Another favorite!! I love Michelle’s beautiful laugh!

I just adore the beautiful reception space at the Stables; the blue linens & florals really tied the whole look together!

And this, my friends, is the Lego Bride & Groom cake topper I mentioned! Isn’t it fantastic?!

I love Jackson’s excited expression during the First Dance!

Morgan, you have some amazing skills! You blew us all away with your toast & song!

In addition to wedding cake, Michelle & Jackson also shared mini pies with their guests! Aren’t these little key lime pies adorable?!

Congratulations, Michelle & Jackson! I’m so happy for you guys!
