Oh how I love Neverland Farms! When I first talked with Kayla last summer, I fell in love with the way she described her wedding vision – an intimate ceremony in the gorgeous garden of Neverland Farms in north GA, the wedding party made up of simply her & Tom’s siblings and the day spent surrounded by their closest family and friends. Isn’t that beautiful?! The idea was a wedding day spent in a relaxed, natural setting, and goodness, the outcome was amazing!
I loved the chance to work with Suzy & her amazing team again after having the opportunity to experience the Neverland “flow” when second shooting with my dear friend Callie Beale! The day was absolutely gorgeous! On the drive up to Cleveland, my second photographer Kristina & I marveled as we made our way past fields of peaceful cows and calves. Winding past wildflowers, the butterflies seemed to lead us straight to Neverland! Arriving at Neverland Farms really and truly feels like stepping into another world – one reason I love it so much!
Kayla & Tom’s day was in many ways, perfection – I loved working with their sweet siblings, capturing the ceremony as conducted by Neverland’s own Suzy and photographing the evening Kayla and Tom spent mingling and dancing with friends & family! Our portrait time was also simply dreamy! After the ceremony, we were able to sneak away to the picturesque dock along the pond and capture the newlyweds in gorgeous sunset light!
Kayla & Tom, oh how I have loved working with you both! I love your laid-back nature – the natural environment and pace of Neverland really was perfect for you guys! Kayla, you were completely radiant! As you were greeting friends at the reception, Kristina leaned over & whispered, “I just want to be her friend!” – naturally, almost without trying, you have a beautiful, positive affect on others! I am so excited for you guys as a married couple & the impact you will have on the world. Thank you for the privilege of getting to know you & being a part of this chapter of your lives!
