From the first time I spoke to Karey on the phone I knew she was something special. I know I’ve mentioned it several times as I’ve talked about her, but she truly is a kindred spirit. It’s not that we simply share the same first name, it’s her love for the Lord, her joy and her faith that make me smile just thinking about her! I love the story of how she & Kyle met and fell in love (read more & see photos from their Engagement session HERE), and I’m amazed by how God was shaping each of them for marriage. The beginning of the wedding day Karey told me how both she & Kyle had given each other the same gift – a leather journal (both purchased from the same philanthropic company) that they had filled with stories, memories and prayers for each other! How sweet & amazing is that?

Karey & Kyle were wed on a gorgeous, windy spring day at CeNita Vineyards in Cleveland, GA. The wisteria that laced the entrance to the venue seemed to have blossomed just for them! I loved many things about Karey & Kyle’s day – the special first look between Karey & her Dad, the moment Karey came down the aisle full of joy (and when Kyle saw her for the first time), and the sweet moment during the mother-son dance when I noticed tears streaming down Lisa’s face as she hugged Kyle close. Goodness, even now I have a hard time holding back the tears! These two are well loved, and I hope to one day have a legacy as strong & beautiful as that!

Karey & Kyle, you two have a special place in my heart. I adore your love for each other & your love for the Lord. I’m amazed not only by the way He brought you two together & has blessed your relationship, but by the way He brought you guys into my life as well. I count it such a blessing to not only have gotten to know you guys during this time but to have been the one to capture such a gorgeous start to your marriage. Thank you for that privilege!
