Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday for several reasons — delicious food, the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, the official start to the holidays… But the best thing about Thanksgiving is time with family. I had such an amazing time celebrating at my parents house this year in part due to my sister Sarah’s idea that everyone should dress up as Pilgrims & Indians. My family is seriously into games, so the costume contest quickly became a matter of winning or losing. Everyone had amazing costumes & I photographed each of them for you to see here! Mom ended up winning the contest in her addable Pilgrim outfit.
Thanksgiving dinner was delicious as usual. One of the highlights being the chocolate pecan pie that I was naturally obsessed with! Enjoy the film images I shot on Portra 400 & 800, all scanned & developed at Richard Photo Lab.
